This listing is for a vintage 1987 Eden Toys Raymond Briggs’ The Snowman plush toy “hugger”. His arms are stiff and have a clip inside that allows him to hang onto your finger, a pencil, and other objects.
This little cutie has some darkening of his plush, and his hat and scarf have some fuzziness. His plastic eyes have some wear, and his plastic nose has a bit of a swirly look. His nose was likely this way since manufacture. The lettering on his tag has worn off, but I saw the same toy online. It was made in 1987 by Eden Toys. The Snowman measures about 4.5 inches tall.
