This men’s pair is for size 8-13 and is 1/4″ thick and measure 11.5″ long by 3 3/4″ at the widest point and 2 3/4″ wide at the heel.
They can be cut down in size to fit inside your shoes perfectly.
They have a massaging honeycomb
pattern and provide excellent cushioning. Unlike others, do not raise
you up so far as to make your shoe uncomfortable or risk turning your
ankle. So you can use these shock-absorbing inserts when walking,
running and playing sports.
Order more than one pair because you will
want to have these in every pair of shoes you own! They actually enhance
blood circulation and reduce muscular aches and pains. Great for
plantars faciatis sufferers and associated bone spurs in the heel.
These
can be used in sneakers, shoes, high heels, boots… Also, there is no
adhesive, the blue silicone is tacky enough to keep them in place. So
they can easily be moved from shoe to shoe but it is much easier just to
have a pair in every shoe. And they are washable, just use warm water
and soap.
Simply place the silicone insert (suede cloth side up) at the
very back of the
heel of the shoe and roll down to the front of the shoe. Replace the original shoe insert or place it under the
insert or put on top of the insert. What ever is best for the pair of
shoes you are using that day. Placing this in the shoe with the cloth side up is the proper way to use it and it is very comfortable and will not wear down. It you have them in upside down they will be too tacky and will slide. Some unwarranted 1-star reviews are because of this. I use these in all my shoes and you can place it under the original insoles that your shoes came with. I recommend this as it will keep them from sliding or rolling and will obviously provide the same level of cushioning.
